Command and Conquer 3 - I can't wait to see how this turns out, the first Strategy game on the 360 I would've played.

Mass Effect - To me, this is KOTOR without the Star Wars stuff.

Unreal Tournament 3 -  I can't wait for this, UT04 was great, and this looks even better. Especially now with even bigger maps!
