What Gamespot Users have to say about GoldenEye 007 (2010)

GoldenEye may not have lived up to the original, but it reminded us that a FPS doesn't have to be an overrated crapfest.
FPS games. I don't know why I hate them. It may be because they made the single player boring as hell so they could "focus on" the same multiplayer again. It may be because their sequels are just the same game with a fre... Read Full Review

I really don't know how to tackle this one. It was enjoyable enough that it made me want to finish it, and it has some good moments (the QTA fights and the tank level vary it up a bit), but at the same time I can't love... Read Full Review

great game, but not the best
I purchased this game for its single player campaign. I have not played the multiplayer. The game is engaging and very reminiscent of the classic N64 version. It is a standard first person shooter with all the classic gu... Read Full Review

The 2010 remake does a great job at capturing the brilliance of the old game however it does fall short at some parts.
That's right the Goldeneye remake (which came out last year but whatever) is on the Wii. When one thinks of a modern FPS shooter one does not usually think "Oh I'll get it for the Wii" well this is exactly the point.... Read Full Review
