The 80s are back!
Guitar Hero: Encore Rocks The 80s In this game there's nothing new. Only the songs. The game is like an expansion pack of Guitar Hero 2. There's less characters to play with but the one that are there, are dressed lik... Read Full Review

Getting right into the soundtrack, Rocks the 80s deserves credit for not just going the easy route and churning out nothing but cheesy hair metal tracks. Certainly there's plenty of that on there, with big-time hits like... Read Full Review

Yet another Guitar Hero is upon us, but this feels more like a re-hash of the first Guitar Hero then another installment of this ground breaking series. The graphics are re-used, there isn't that much in the way of unlo... Read Full Review

An encore only true fans will be able to appreciate.
Guitar Hero: Rocks the 80s is exactly what the title already suggests: an extra after the main concert to please the real fans and have them rocking on their favorite songs just a little longer. In real life an “encore” ... Read Full Review

Basically a Guitar Hero II retread, but does it matter? A poor Guitar Hero game is way better than most other games!
Guitar Hero rocks the 80’s is a good game. It is not great like Guitar Hero II was though. It is essentially a retread of Guitar Hero II. All of the characters, guitars, venues, etc. are the same as they were in Guitar H... Read Full Review

If money’s no object to you or you’re looking for a perfect rental, Rocks the 80s is consistently entertaining.
If you’re on a tight budget and need to maximize the value for your gaming dollar, you’d best stay away from Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s, a sort of ‘expansion disc’ that gives you a collection of songs plucked from... Read Full Review
