What Gamespot Users have to say about Gun

Gun- Unimaginative, Overrated, Steriotypical, Awkward. If you're looking for a western epic, Try Red Dead Redemption.
If you manage to look past the bland, unimaginative title, sub-par graphics, awkward gameplay and ridiculously portrayed Native Americans then you might find some fun in this game; the level where you have to fight throu... Read Full Review

Everything you want in a western: gunfights, great voice acting, a revenge story, gambling, and hookers.
Gun is a game with a great western feel to it. One thing I like about this game is that it pulls no punchs. This game has the swearing, brief nudity, gore, blood, torture, coruption, gambling, alcohel, and a griety rea... Read Full Review

Had the graphics been a bit more sophisticated, and the plot more deep, this could have been a perfect game.
Here's the 411 on Gun. I bought it for my GameCube expecting exactly what I'd got from it: Last generation graphics and a short story. The graphics didn't turn me off entirely, but I was disappointed that they weren't mo... Read Full Review

Gameplay 90.5 % I went to microplay and I saw this game for sale I wasn't sure if I should buy it and I did. First time that I played it I thought that this would be a hard long boring game that really does not offer th... Read Full Review

A good prep for Red Dead Redemption.
So Gun isn't even close to scale or ambition of even the GTA clones of it's time (that includes the abysmal True Crime: New York). But as fan of westerns and gratuitous violence then you could do much worse, espcicaily f... Read Full Review

A technical problem with my PSP version made this aggravating and repetitious
This wonderful game has a dark, gritty, and sleazy atmosphere. Friends (e.g., "Friendly Tom") turn on the main character, and the game progresses through a series of crumby towns. All of the characters seem to have a poc... Read Full Review

One of the best games I have ever played. I have beaten it many times, and keep coming back for more.
Alot of users complain of the short storyline. But if you turn up the level of difficulty to Hard or Insane it can take you longer, although probably not more than 10 - 20 hours longer than on easy or normal. I find the ... Read Full Review

A Western flavoured action game with some defects that (probably) won't prevent you to enjoy many hour of fun
First. I bought this game because I found it at a GameRush at the price of 5€. I heard of it before, but I never really wanted to play it, and I ended up liking it very much. But lets go orderly... Gun is a third/firs... Read Full Review

If only this game had 1 more month....
Upon starting GUN for the PC the gamer is welcomed by a short but very inspiring movie. Then there is the menu which ,as it turns out, corresponds to the level which the player is currently on - two very small but at le... Read Full Review
