After YEARS of bug-hunting, It can be proudly said that Metro 2033 is finally in the shape of being properly enjoyed.
Before I begin reviewing this jewel of a game, I feel that I need to describe the amount of pain and tears I had with it in my life. Being very interested in the russian people and general culture, as well as having a... Read Full Review

A convincing adaptation of a dour sci-fi novel and a few unusual gameplay designs makes Metro 2033 a worthwhile shooter.
INTRO: Although Metro 2033 was a vaunted novel, not everyone would have been pleased by the news that a shooter title would be made from it; after all, Metro 2033 came about at a time when the likes of Half-Life 2 has al... Read Full Review

Metro is an unforgettable experience with a fantastic story, masterful atmosphere and spectacular, top-notch graphics.
If you play a lot of PC shooters or are interested in atmospheric games, then you have probably heard of a game called "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl", as well as its prequel (Clear Sky) and sequel (Call of Pripyat... Read Full Review

A heart pounding, breath-taking story. Worth taking the time to play.
There are so many positives to be said about this game and really no negatives to be said. Metro 2033 is a first person shooter, and gives you the ability to change the difficulty. Its a hard game even on medium, so if y... Read Full Review

Unforgiving, but still very good
Simply put, Metro 2033 is a pretty good game. I've never really played a game quite like it before; there's a sense of urgency and desperation that the game creates that I've never felt anywhere else. Though this would s... Read Full Review

A seemingly uninteresting concept that proved to be quite entertaining, though not without it's problems.
To tell the truth, I was quite surprised that Metro 2033 has managed to keep my interest past the first few hours. The so called "concept" of making a game about a post apocalyptic world drenched with demons sounded very... Read Full Review

Magnificent Post-Apocalyptic Setting With an Entertaining & Challenging Quest
I'm not a fan of linear/rail games of any kind, much less FPS. I exclusively prefer open-world "do-what-you-like-when-you-like" games. However, even thought this game is a linear, chapter-based game, it works really we... Read Full Review

Most immersive experience ever
This is one of the best game I have ever played. The last time I said this is when I finished Half-Life2, but even HL2 didn't manged to get a 10 out of me, in many respect, I believe Metro2033 even exceed HL2's accomplis... Read Full Review

Metro 2033 is great game with so much potential and well a few....quirks. JUST THE BAD STUFF REVIEW.
The game is great. Every review will tell you about how great the story is, I am not doing that other than saying it is a perfect story for a linear FPS. This is just a review of why I gave it an 8.5 rather than 10. ... Read Full Review
