This game could become the start of a series...and it would be a good one!!...this game is the proof of it.
When i first heard about this game, I bought it because i love RPGs, and I wanted something new, but this game really grew on me very quickly. The battle system is something different, is an action rpg, but it has som... Read Full Review

Rogue Galaxy is an entertaining futuristic romp that does a lot of things right but falls just short of being amazing.
Rogue Galaxy was a title I'd been wanting to try for quite a while and when I finally got sat down to playing it I can't say that the good recommendations I'd had from friends were wrong. However, while it's certainly en... Read Full Review

Great Game but i feel a little short.
I bought this game after I beat FFXII, one of the longest games I ever played. So this game (60 hours so far and really close to the end) seems kinda short. Thats the only thing I dont love about this game. The levels ... Read Full Review

You can't please everyone. I had an avid interest in this game during its development. After all, Dragon Quest VIII was a breath of fresh air to the stagnation I've been feeling toward JRPGs over the years. I was on... Read Full Review

Pros: - Japanese RPG staples: an okay epic story with interesting and likeable characters. - Hours of gameplay with a plethora of side-quests and mini-games. - Real-time gameplay battles are serviceable yet addicting ... Read Full Review

This game has almost everything a great RPG needs. If only they hired better writers.
This game does so many things right that it's a shame that the overall experience was hindered by the generic story typical of most RPG's. Because Rogue Galaxy is certainly better than the typical RPG in regards to every... Read Full Review

Kingdom hearts + Star Wars = The last BIG HOORAH for my PS2!!!!!
Kingdom hearts + Star Wars = The last BIG HOORAH for my PS2!!!!! Rogue Galaxy definitely brings the noise to longtime RPG fans. With a lenghty (35+ hours just to finish the story 100+ to get hundred percent!) Four Star ... Read Full Review

Absolutely amazing. Level 5 has done it again! Just finished over 100 hours of DQ VIII, and this is a great followup!!
From the start, I could see it wasn't your typical RPG; more like a hack-n-slash type of game like Dungeon Siege. But it takes a different turn than DS, with many many sidequests and minigames included to keep your gamep... Read Full Review

One of the last PS2 games, and certainly one of the best.
When I first heard about this game, I thought, "Meh. Sounds pretty cool, I guess I'll go pick it up and rent it or something." When I got home and popped the game in, I didn't think it would be GREAT, but I was proven wr... Read Full Review
