What Gamespot Users have to say about SIREN: Blood Curse

Very well balanced game, with an enthralling story, great visuals, and some creepy, creepy moments!
The game is complex in its story, giving you a very large variety of characters, some of which make the situation far more unsettling (such as playing with a little girl in a hospital, with no weapons), and the interacti... Read Full Review

Siren's atmosphere and unique enemies make it a worthwhile game, but the overlycomplicated story hampers the experience.
Four years ago Sony released a horror title called Siren, which didn't sell very well outside of Japan. Critics bashed the game for it's bad controls, tedious trial-and-error gameplay, and really, it is the sort of game ... Read Full Review

It has a lot of potential, just like other horror/scary games. I would recommend Condemned 2, personally.

This was my first experience with the Siren series, and my first venture outside the familiar "survival horror" genre of Silent Hill and Resident Evil. Gamespot classifies the game a "Horror Action Adventure," though th... Read Full Review

Although rather short, "Siren: Blood Curse" has the quality to make it a scarily memorable experience.
Fundamentally, survival horror games are about creating atmosphere. There are many survival horror games which are not "great" games in terms of originality, or gameplay, or storytelling prowess. The "Resident Evil" se... Read Full Review

My first time playing any SIREN game and this is down right insane.
I'm a huge fan of games like Fatal Frame and Silent Hill, so when a buddy of mine told me to download Siren: Blood Curse i was a little turned off by the name. Then i remembered the good ol' sayin "Dont judge a book by i... Read Full Review

Some flaws. But their really not technical, more so angles and stuff. Outside of that it is. Scary, and vary cool.
Yea I dont write great reviews. But since this is a downloaded game. And I have a feeling that "like many great PS3 games" this first few years. Many will know more about it from bad Youtube vids, then actually playing. ... Read Full Review
