Great value for money game, mixing good old awesomeness with an incredible (if a bit gory) religious themed cocktail.
If you are looking for a game that is characteristic of its era with polished design and step-to-step player friendly approach just keep looking. If on the other hand you find yourself missing that romantic emotional... Read Full Review

Edward McMillen's contraction of Zelda and Spiritual Abuse is sheer brilliance.
Edward McMillen's The Binding of Isaac largely flew under the radar this past fall. With none of the fanfare of Super Meat Boy, in particular because of its PC-only release to Steam, however, it has quietly developed its... Read Full Review

Take Zelda 1, mix it with Roguelike challenge and tons of dark humor, and you got yourself dungeon-crawler of the year!
I seriously do not know why I ignored this wonderful gem for so long. Maybe I'm not easily pleased by the ever multiplying 2D indie games, maybe I mistook Isaac's adventure to something like the Meatboy... What ever was ... Read Full Review

Easy to pick up, challenging to master. Fun, addictive arcade game with an awesome soundtrack.
Your main weapon is crying tears at enemies that vomit and poo at you and you play as a naked baby called Isaac fighting through dungeons to escape the wrath of his crazy mum. This game is pure addictive fun. After ro... Read Full Review

A few fun ideas but the lazy design ruins it.
A few fun ideas but the lazy design ruins it. This should have been a free Flash game because although it has a passing resemblance to Zelda, it's shallow and frustrating. There's barely any UI, no explanation for items ... Read Full Review

Addicting little roguelike shooter with nes Zelda-esque dungeons.
This is my first review of an indie game, so bear with me. I picked this game up from a humble bundle a few months back. Once I started playing it, I became addicted enough to play it at least a little bit almost eve... Read Full Review

Once the variety turns to tedium, and the humor becomes overused and grating, there is little left but the image of poop
The Binding of Isaac has many good ideas, but is ultimately impossible to like. The entire game is simply a side project for a developer behind Super Meat Boy, and feels a lot like an exercise in experimenting with codi... Read Full Review

Very addicting game with a refreshing old school difficultly that will have you coming back for more after you beat it.
Awesome game with a healthy dose of dark humor that pokes fun at religion and grotesque elements that betray its simple cartoon flash graphics. Despite its cute appearance Binding of Isaac is actually quite a gory game ... Read Full Review

You'd be pretty stoked to have a run through Isaac's basement too. Just watch out for piles of gore everywhere.
Well, minus the feces and micturition. I can probably deal with the profusion of gore and hopelessly disfigured monsters, but everything else just doesn't seem healthy. Whereas I have a pretty normal basement, with... Read Full Review

Another great hit by Team Teat!
The Binding Of Isaac is a Zelda like dungeon game created by hit indie games company Team Meat. The game has many religious jokes and is based on the bible story of the same name. There is a lot of dark humour in this ga... Read Full Review
