Not as good as the original but it has its momments.
After completing the first installment of The Suffering I knew I would have to sit and wait for the next run of this title. That being Ties that Bind. When the day arrived for it to hit store shelves I was there as we... Read Full Review

Though it downplays everything that made the original game great, Ties That Bind is still a great game on its own merit.
Midway had themselves a sleeper hit on their hands last year with the Suffering, which is undoubtedly one of the creepiest games to come out in some time. Set in a gritty prison overrun with mutated evil, it managed to w... Read Full Review

Unimpressed....unoriginal.
I don't think from start to finish there was anything truly unique about this game. I've had more fun with the "Silent Room" and "Resident Evil" series. I didn;t care for the graphics. The concept was kind of lame and... Read Full Review

I WILL NEVER FORGET TORQUE!!!!!!!
After recently finishing Surreal's latest addition to last year's wonderful The Suffering, a few things come to mind. I think GS's initial review of TTB was pretty much spot-on. If you enjoyed the last game, you will ... Read Full Review

The things I loved about the first game are lacking a bit, but I still think it rocks.
So many disturbing things to look at, and so many things to kill. Just what I need after a stressful day. I don't really like the fact that you can't keep all of your weapons at all times. Maybe I'm just a sissy. I s... Read Full Review

Not as expected! It was a real disapointment for me for a game i had high hopes in.
The gameplay is totally different from the first Suffering. Now you can only hold one firearm and another one like a bat or crowbar. You're always ending up dry on ammo cause in this one, you need to use the insane mode ... Read Full Review
