What Gamespot Users have to say about XGIII: Extreme G Racing

With excellent graphics and fluid gameplay, this game really shows off what the gamecube can do.
This is probably one of the most overlooked games ever released on the gamecube, and it came out shortly after the launch. Even though Extreme G 3 came out a few years ago it still holds it's own against any of the moder... Read Full Review

A highly polished game that simply requires a taste for bike physics and a tolerance for lots and lots of practice.
[This review originally appears on TRIGAMES.NET.] The name Extreme G 3 brings thoughts of Snoop Dogg in his own "Xtrizzle" Sporting event. It also brings me thoughts of the Gamecube's first lightning fast racer, a gam... Read Full Review

It's amazing affects quickly begin to wear off as soon as its repetiveness sets in.
As being an Extreme-G fan since its appearance on the N64, this title at first glance meets all my expectations, fast speed, great sound, and close, action-filled races. I even remember the first time I broke the speed o... Read Full Review

Extreme G3 for the Gamecube certainly is the best version but realy there still is not much to see here.
The most anticipated racer for the Gamecube has yet to be seen. Extreme G3 is a good game to be fair but it lacks alot of fun and it is difficult to master. Even with the aid of guns there is barely any ammo to prevent i... Read Full Review

This game is quite good but it is more harder so i have to give the gameplay worse i don't understand it's just typical when i done the 250 speed thing i was on 500g and the lap has gone up in to 3 instead of 2 and it's ... Read Full Review

once you reach 750G class it gets interesting
Well how do I start. XG3 has been going now for several years and now it has moved into PS2. To be honest I love this game. You have to make split second decisions whether to boost or kill the opponent. once you reach 75... Read Full Review

Extreme-G 3 is a fast, visually stunning futuristic racing title that lacks much in the way of indivisual style.
Pulse-Pounding beats? Check. Stomach-churning rollercoaster tracks? Check. ArbitraRy weapons? Check. Flashy visuals? Double-check. While Extreme-G 3 more or less plays like a "Futuristic Racing's Guide to Futuristic R... Read Full Review
