An amazing game in every way possible.
You will never experience great action until you play this video game. It
combines simple button mashing with complex combos and puzzles. This style is unique, yet very easy to get into at the same time. God of War
is also one of the only games that I felt as if I was taking an exciting journey.
From start to finish , this game will never loose its breath trust me, the story
is that good. It's really one of the few games out there that is equally fun for 10 seconds or for 10 hours.
If God of War has anything , its the graphics. It's not exactly the models nor
weapons that shine, it's the environments around you. Breathtaking views,
pieces of dust falling of the cliff you've smashed your sword into, and some of the best looking buildings ive ever seen on any platform ive played. The production value simply can't be missed while playing God of War. Trust me.
Now, the game is nearly flawless, though it has one thing that bothered me.
It wasnt long enough! It takes about 3-6 hours to complete, and has some
cool bonuses, but In the end , I wanted to have a bigger and more full of a game. Im sure the publishers could have done that easily.
Still, God of War is one of the best games to grace the PS2. It's an epic, movie quality score works in concert with elaborate, awe-inspiring scenery to blow you and whoever happens to be sitting in front of the television away.
