Who could love me? i am out of my mind!

Hello! i ain't done a proper one of these in a while!

So what i have i been doing.. to be honnest very little! i spent 5 weeks of my christmas holidays at home being bored mostly, tho Christmas was good and new year! then spent another week up with Hol at her uni house which was fun. I saw the Doctor Who christmas special and enjoyed it alot though everything seemed to come to its conclusion very quickly! what else have i seen... i loved the new Wallace and Gromit, though i am biased as its made in Bristol!, watched 39 Step with RPJ and loved that (he's soooo hot :D) my mum has got me in to Lark Rise to Candleford, i love a good costume drama! Im really glad Hustle is back i love the new members and in my opinion it's as much fun as ever! I haven't really got in to the new itv1 show demons, i've seen them all but the last 4 i watched on the itvplayer. it doesn't really work on my pc and keeps stoppin, starting and picture freezing on me and the updated player crashes my internet explorer! Something about demons hasn't grabbed me so i'll just sit around and wait for robin hood to return then merlin with its much hotter cast!! Im back watching the final season of er on more4 or 4od as i anit got more4 in my student house, im really enjoying it.

I saw a few films over my long xmas break so here's a brief review of each! Twighlight- it was alrite, nothing special in my opinion, Defiance- really liked it, gritty but good, Australia- me and my mum loved it, epic but long, Bride Wars- not brilliant but the kindda of film u should see with you're girly friends on orange wednesday and finally Slumdog Millionnaire- this was brilliant, it lived up to all the hype and i loved it even though its not the type of film i'd normally see.

Oh we had snow here on sunday night so when i woke up monday morning we had about 3-4 inches more than i've ever seen!!! I became like a small child and by 10 o'clock me and my friends were making a snowman. It was sooooo much fun and we name it Sid and it was pretty cool looking, complete with carrot nose and clothes pegs for hair!! Im hoping we get more snow over the next few days so that i can persuade my housemates that sledging on one of our baking trays down st catherine's hill is a good idea!!!

Finally any ideas what someone single like me can do on valentines day whilst all my housemates are all having sex with their partners or at home watching the football would be much appricated! Currently im on buying wine, ice cream and junk food shutting myself in my room and watching all 3 extended versions of lord of the rings!

Anyway gotta go and carry on filling in the 33 government standards i need to meet to become a qualified teacher and back to uni on monday, tho i've been at my student house since saturday!

Love u all!!

If :) x

ps, the title is a panic at the disco lyric!

Woop! I'm Holy Level 10!!

Once again the title says it all!

Somehow while i was offline between Christmas and New Year i jumped up to Holy Level 10!! Woo! Don't know im so happy bout it, but level 10 just sounds cool! :D

Slightly off topic, i'm pleased with the choice of the 11th doctor. I've seen Matt Smith in both the ruby in the smoke and the shadow of the north and he was fantastic! Ok jim should have been 14, like he is in the book, but never the less the performance was great! Of course i'm sad that Tennant is leaving (still 4 to go guys!) but i think that Mr Smith will do a good job, in the interview he came across well and a bit different. (sorry can't think how to describe it!)

oh and Happy New Year to you all! Hope its a good 1!!

love

If :)

Merry Christmas, yes i know its a bit early!

So as the title says Im here mainly to wish you all a very merry christmas and a happy new year!

General round up of my life and world;

1.I finished my 6 week school placement last friday and was sad to leave the children who have been fantastic. i passed it with Good as my grade so am very happy!!

2.Went out that friday night with my sister (not hol but the other 1!) and my housemates and had a good meal at spoons then went out to the local night club to get our grove on (can't believe i just wrote that!) to good old 80's cheese then some christmassy tunes! it was great night out mainly because of the polystiren balls they had for fake snow!!!!

3. We had our christmas dinner last night as a house so we ate shed loads of food and drank alot! We also did housemate awards so i'm the joint 1st most laid back housemate and i came 2nd in the best housemate contest!!

4.I'm going home tomorrow! Woop woop! this is the reason behind this blog!

5.TV wise im sad both Merlin and Spooks have come to an end both series have been fantastic, in different ways! The demise of Ben in spooks was horrific but well done and the series finale was nail biting i can't wait for its return next year! As for merlin the end was great really well done (thanks for giving us arthur topless :D:D:D:D) I can't wait for its return next year either! (have finally gotten round to writing a review!)

6. Christmas tv, i can't wait to see the new doctor who, and in my opinion DM is not the new dr, also can't wait to see 39 steps with RPJ who looks soooooo hot in the trailor! also im longing to see the new wallace and gromit! I love w and g, they're one of the only famous things to have come out of my home city of Bristol so i feel great pride watching them!

I think that is it, except to say has per usual i haven't packed yet, oops :?

Right much love to you all and i hope you have a relaxing christmas and new year and you get everything u wanted!

love ya!

General Round Up

I'm very proud of myself for once I am writing a blog after I've written and handed in an assignment rather than in the middle of doing one!! Though having said that I have just started my school experience so should probably be doing work for that, but hey, no ones perfect!

So I did my maths assignment last week then went to a Halloween party in Bath with some of the English girls I was in America with, I got very drunk and it was a lot of fun!! There was a ball pit and all!

Ok run down of what I've been watching recently:

Spooks: Yay it's back and with a massive bang! I watched it in my normal spooks way, starting relaxed on the sofa, the curling up tighter and tighter as the tension picked up so by the time Adam was in the car I was sat knees drawn up to chin in sheer horror and then shock as they blew him up! It was a fantastic episode, the 2nd episode on its first viewing I found strange, it only after much I worked out why and on the second viewing it was very good. The reason was that since I've been watching Spooks religiously Adam has been the main man so basically I was missing him! But now I'm thinking Lucas is pretty nice and last nights epi was really good so I'll still be watching!

Top Gear: Not much to say same as always, tho Clarkson going into a brick wall was very funny!

Strictly Come Dancing: Loving it! I think Austin Healy should win!

X Factor: Don't care who wins as I'd rather be watching...

Merlin: Loving it! I feel each episode is improving and they are bringing along character development, it's the highlight of my Saturday night!

Little Dorit: Enjoying it the guy with no hair but a massive beard was funny as was the dinner party scene with the jelly!

Sharpe: Started again on Sunday and it was really good, Sean Bean is on excellent form and on the plus side the guy who played Zaf from Spooks is in it, small part but at least I get to look at (drawl over) him!

Other news: Sad about the departure of David Tennant from Doctor Who but we get this special plus next years to enjoy! I personally hope they pick some fantastic new actor to play the doctor, don't mind if he's hot or not as long as he's good!

Better go and have dinner and watch this mini fireworks display going on outside my window!

Much love to you all

If

:) xxx

PS: I've just relised that totaly forgot to mention the F1! I watched the race on sunday, got very stressed and nervous, but in the end i was very happy :):):) as lewis hamilton became the youngest ever world champion and the 1st one britain's had since hill in 96! So weldone Lewis! Massa did put up a good fight, so bring on next year for the re match! :)

I Shouldn't Really Be Doing This! Oh Well!!!

The title says it all! I should be doing my mountain of reading before Hol and my mate arrive for the weekend, but that's soooo dull and this is easier!!

This might sound random but i now understand why the queen has more than 1 birthday, this year i have had no less than 3! The reason behind this is that i was in the states for my actual 20th so i got all my present in june before i left, birthday number 2 was july 11th my actual birthday with no presents just i giant cake, then tuesday was birthday number 3! It was a joint celebration with another house mate in honnour of our summer birthdays so there was present a well nice cake and a very drunk party! SO all in all alot of fun! I might try and do the same next year! :P

Being in your 3rd year at uni is tough, they give u soooo much work and its not even my final year yet! On second thoughts it might be the same amount of work as last year, its just that i've decided to do it!! lol! I have a 6 week placement coming up in november where i have to work with then teach a year 6 form (10-11 year olds for u peeps not from England!) Help! I'm slightly scared!

Now tv, im loving Merlin its great saturday evening tv alot of fun with cute leading men (arthur and merlin himself!) plus QB told me the other day that the actor who played issac the painter in heroes is going to be in it as lancelot! dear god i won't know where to look! :D Talking of heroes im enjoy series 3 lots of little suprise which is good! Strictly Come Dancing is once again part of my saturday night viewing we watch it as a house, boys and all! We've also taken to playing the higher/lower game to predict the scores, its funny as we're rubbish at it!

Oh and i just found out on the bbc website that spooks is gonna be back in the week starting the 25th october!!!!!!!!!! The usaual survivng cast plus none other than Richard Armitage!! :D:D:D Woooo! get in!

I think thats it for now as i need to calm done, do my work and tidy up before Hol and my mate Charli come for the weekend!

Love u all!

IF :) x

ps. tv.com said i'd used a forbiden word cl*ss so i used form instead! huh?

Im back!!... Obviously!

Hello everybody!! How are you all? Have a good sumer?

Mines was frankly AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! America lived up to its expectations, it was alot of fun most of the time. Camp was ok, my job on camp was excellent tho as it meant that i had to spend my days teaching sailing, canoeing and kayaking in the hot sunshine on a gorgeous lake, its a tough life for some :P it has resulted in the most amazing tan! yay!!

Did have some bad times on camp like lifeguard training which was the hardest thing i've ever done in my life! And the qualification doesn't even count at home! The 10 ambulences on camp, plus we nearly had a tornado ( i was order under a table whilst the leaves spiraled round :?) but apart from that we had some great days!

After camp i travelled with some of the girls i meet on camp, so we got drunk in Montreal, went sight seeing in Boston, whale watched in Cape Cod (and actually saw whales!!) sunbathed on South Beach in Miami, saw Hairspray and Rent on Boardway plus went up the Empire State Building and did loads of other touristy thing in New York city plus lots and lots of shopping!!

But now i am home :D and its nice after 12 weeks away though the weather is rubbish!! Now you all will be very proud of me because during my time in the states i had internet access but i did not read any spoilers for doctor who so when i saw the 4 epis i missed over the last week i was very excited. Now i haven't got round to reading all the posts that have been posted on those epis so i haven't posted on them, so here a my brief oppinions of those episodes:

Midnight: Brilliant! A fantastic example of human character, im glad i saw this episode after i've flown!!

Turn Left: An other excellent episode, it showed just how important donna was and heightened me confussion about the next 2 episodes!

The Stolen Eath: Nerve wracking! With no idea on who was going to live or die (or regenerate!) i got pretty worried about most of the cast (mainly Ianto!!) Throughly mystified about how on earth they were gonna save the day

Jouney's End: Fantastic! It kept twisting and turning and it was amazing to see all the characters from the various shows working together, the solution was good now magic reverse button, the end was sad tho. Im happy that the dr gave himself (sort of) to Rose. It was soo sad that Donna had to go because she was Brilliant, and i take back every bad thing i may have said about her before the series started i am happy to say i was very wrong about her!

So there you go, autumn tv starts so that strictly come dancing, tess of the d'urbavilles, but no robin hood :( but instead we have merlin which i have to say looks very good so i'll watch that instead!!

Hope you are all ok!

love

IF :D xxx

We're all going on a summer hoilday, for a week or 12!!

Haven't done a proper one of these in a while! So what i have been up to recently? I saw the new Indianna Jones film TWICE of the weekend!!!! Once on friday with my house mates, then again on sunday with my sisters!! and i loved it both times!! I won't give anything away but i grrw up watching the Indy films and its much in the same vain it didn't disappoint! Oh look out for the star wars quote! it made me laugh out loud and my housemae declared i was sad! My sister (jysella) on the other hand high fived me at that point!!

Oooh i also saw the coming soon trailer for dr who and wow! the only downside is (and the main reason for this blog!) that im going to america on the 14th so i'll see the moffat 2 parter then no more until september! :(:(

However im sooooooooooooooooo excited bout going to the states, im going to be a camp counciler (with a camp name of Blue!)on a girl scout camp in conneticute for 9 weeks!!! im gonna be teaching girls to sail, swimming and canoeing by massive lake!! Then after that im going to sight see in the usa for 3 weeks!! Can't wait!

Anyway i hope u all have a fantastic summer and you all do something fun at least once!!

My dad's just arrived to take me home for the next few weeks! :D

So, love to you all

:)xxx

It was acceptable in the 80's!!!

I went out last night to the only other night club in town, where they were having an 80's night!

It was alot fun! Me and my friends danced alot, drank very little (2 cocktails!) and played around with bubbles! There was a bubble machine and once it was turned on, we acted like small children, bouncing around trying to pop them! We took some classic photos including one where i have a bubble for a face! You can see it on facebook if your my friend!

As for the music it was pure 80's cheese, some of the songs were well weird for example about dinosaurs! Others were pretty good old school cheese (like the dirty dancing medley!), that you could crazy dance to! I sang to and knew the words to about 75% of the songs!

Which is pretty good considering i was only alive for the last 17 months of the decade!!!!

lol!

;)x

We have The Doctor on our fridge! No honestly we do!!

ok, he's a free fridge magnet that my fellow housemate got with sfx but it still counts, right?!!

i aint done one of these in a while, been a bit busy like the rest of you, had the easter hols, where i worked in a school and went on a drunken weekend to cardiff. and yes we did run around the bay area and stand on the torchwood stone, only we couldn't remember which one it was so i stood on 1 and my friend stood on another!!! it was fun!!!

i would like to take this opportunity to say how much i loved the last few episodes of torchwood epscially the last 2, i didn't cry in exit wounds but it was a close thing! I'd also like to say im loving the new series of dr who! cathrine tate is excellent, i have to be honest i did have my doubts when they announced it would be her, but im happy to say i was wrong about her!

ooh on the camp america front im off to a girl scout camp in conneticut on the 14th june :D im really looking forward to it! tho on minor downside i'll miss the last 3 or 4 epi's of dr who but thats why somebody invented the dvd recorder!! Off to london 2moro for an ca orientation, so i have to use the underground for only the 2nd time in my life and the 1st time in over a decade! hopefully i won't get lost!!

One final thing the weather has improved its warm and sunny! YAY!!!!!!!!! summer/ or spring for that matter may finally be here!! :D:D:D

love u all!
