For online, you need to be able to run a ethernet cable from your modem to your 360, or buy and then hook it up wirelessly.

Get a plug n play (or play n charge, cant remember) kit to charge the controllers while you play.

Call them, ask what they'd do.

If they won't fix/replace it, overheat it.

If it doesnt work, hit it a few times for the hell of it.

Having your NAT to strict does NOT mean you won't get into games.

It means you auto sign in slower, a FEW games won't connect and response time for messages etc is somewhat slower.
