My 4870 was a beast when it first came out and was good for a few years.

The 780gtx my friend is giving me soon for free when his new 1080 comes in will be the best p/p. Its not great anymore but I dont even have a card now so at least I can PC game again. Might even get it today :)

Lol at some of the SC white knights in this tread. S42 is still listed right this second as 2016 on the RSI website but somehow they all know it was not coming in 2016. Since every backer knows it could someone tell CIG so they can update their website?

Yup back in the PS2 days I saw an article on the Monster Cable S-video cable in a game magazine. The reviewer went on and on and on about how much better your PS2 games would look with this $45ish iirc cable. Even going so far as to say it was close to what he expected PS3 games to look like. I was at best buy the next day and magically my games looked pretty much the exact same. Not a game review but Im 99.999999999% sure the Mag and/or the reviewer himself was paid off.

Hope thats not directed at me. I backed years ago because I loved WC2-4 (never played 1) and I want S42 to be the spiritual successor that I dreamed of. Their was a topic here on SW many years ago about what franchise you want to see resurrected and my reply was WC and this was before SC was even a dream. I dont care about my $45 Aurora LN as far as money goes but I do care about where the game is right now. S42 might make it in 2016 as listed on the RSI website right now but the PU aka SC I dont know. Having played up to 2.4 (not2.41) I just dont see this as coming out for years. As I posted earlier the PU should have come out in 2014 per CR. I really think it could be 4 years late or more and thats a reason some people have questions and doubts.

Is their any reason to think Xbone vs PS4 would diff much in % of digital sales?

@GarGx1: Thanks for the suggestion but Im very well aware of the scale first pitched and now. You see many many of those stretch goals were passed while they still were saying a 2014 release. But hey we get S42 later this year so I guess 2 years late is better than nothing. I dont see how posting what the people making this game says as whining but whatever.
