Is it just me....

Or has the number of idiotic newbies joining and posting actually risen since school started? I don't know how it's possibly, but it sure seems like it. I swore to myself that I would never call anyone else a n00b, but damnit they're tempting me.....

If anyone can think of something useful or funny to add that I have forgotten, remind me in the comments.

Dear Lazy People: STHU.

Nobody cares how lazy you are. No one. Not me. Not my friends. No my dog. No one. Please don't waist our time by posting worthless spam in a thread. Too long for you to read? That's your problem, not ours. It's not my fault you have the attention span of a goldfish. I don't need to wade through your waste-of-space posts saying it was too long just so I can post a meaniful response. If it's too long to read, it's probably not worth your time to respond either. And this doesn't just apply to those I mention. All lazy people in general need to STHU. You have no reason to or right to complain if you do nothing to help. I've heard to many people complain about Little League Baseball issues only to never see them show up at a practice of field pick-up day or anything. Just shut up, no one cares.

This is getting ridiculous. I'm not even sure what the problem is. I'm just chilling, surfing GS like usual, and without warning my damn connection dies. Nothing works. Not Netscape, not MSN, nothing. It does this randomly, with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes I go for days with no problems, other times I have to restart every 30 minutes. And that's another weird thing. Why does it work fine after I restart my computer? All I can guess is that something is wrong with my new comp (built it myself from the ground up with my Dad), but I'll be damned if I have any idea where to look.

And now I realize that I have lots of internet troubles. First off it's expensive as hell to get a good connection in Alaska. We only have a 384 kbps connection, which, from what I've seen of others, is slow compared to the lower 48 1.5 mbps connections(still not as bad as my 56k friend though, hah). Well, at least that's what my comp gets through the router. Our downstairs comp gets somewhere in the 460 range, as does my our wireless laptop. WTF?! Why does a wireless laptop get 100 kbps more than my wired one?? That doesn't make sense.....ugh, and now all this disconnecting sh!t.....

But, now for the good news: Homemade burritos = pwnage. *grabs another*

Testing, testing, 4, 5, 6...

Mr. Emu will be very disappointed if his picture does not work.

EDIT: Excellent, Mr. Emu is pleased. I wasn't sure that pics would work. Excellent indeed...
