I hate sports and sports games so this has no effect on me what so ever. But, it is true that the graphics are nowhere near PS2 & XBox 360 level. But the thing is... if you want to play games for graphics and sports, get a xbox and playstation. I plan on getting both a ps3 and xbox360 to go along with my wii, and theres really no problem with that. If I liked sports games, I would definently pick them up on one of those systems. The way I see it, those systems are made for graphics and serious gameplay, the wii is made for a fun time and laughs. When I want a game with good graphics, I will buy it on 360 or ps3. When I want a game for cool controls, I will buy it on wii.

If they were to allow you to redownload those games while still allow whoever stole your Wii to play the games on that one, they'd be losing money and we all know Nintendo's in the business of making money. PikaPichu

Not true. Nintendo don't lose a dime on VC games because it costed nothing to make them. They have already released most of them multiple times and have made millions of dollars on the games. You think they would be considerate enough to give back 13 games to a person that they bought online after they were stolen. If nintendo had it so that you could download the games to a memory card ONCE and not put them on any system, just play them, then this problem wouldnt exist, because the memory card probabyl wouldnt have been stolen. But since nintendo limit what you can do with these games, he cant get them back. As the guy had said, they had 100 games or so that werent stolen. Just the system was stolen.

[QUOTE="Jaysonguy"]If someone stole your Wii and all of your game disks would you expect Nintendo to replace all your game disks?

Thats true, but what I just said above kind of gives this a different scenario. When you buy these games nitendo give you no options with them other then to play them. If they were allowed to be downloaded to a memory card or something it would be much better and this problem wouldnt exist.

[QUOTE="SirSpudly"] What you SHOULD have done was call Nintendo and tell them that you were getting rid of that Wii and getting a new one. Then when you get the new one, all your games will appear tied to your account. Also, when Nintendo sees that the other person is trying to download off of your account, they could suspend it in favor of your account. That makes the most sense because of Nintendo's legal policy where the downloading is under your name, but the Wii is a transferrable item. That way you would have kept your games AND the robber would have been completely locked out of getting free ones.

This is a good idea. Call nintendo when you get a new wii, and tell them to transfer your VC games to that one because your old one is broken.

We got crap like hostel and saw films clogging the genre, why is it that directors these days seem to think that gore=scary? What happened tot he old days when alfred hitchcock was making real suspense and horror films. horror these days lacks any real suspense and atmosphere and instead jsut wants to shock, its gettign out of control. when is the last tikem you saw a horror film with NO blood that was actually good? psychological horror seems to be dieing out.Film-Guy

The Saw series are great movies. I wouldn't call them "horror" either. They aren't meant to be scary, they are meant to be suspensful and provide mystery. I haven't seen a movie in my life that has scared me. In fact, all of the old horror movies that people think are amazing, I find funny. When people get in an arguement saying that they dont make horror movies like they used to and they aren't scary anymore, I find it really stupid because to me, horror movies were never scary. They were just fun. Saw was fun. Hostel was fun. I like movies that involve torture like those 2. And I particuarly like Saw where you never know whats going to happen next, and something always happens that you dont expect. Just because they dont scare you dont mean they arent good. Those movies aren't meant to scare you.

He gave us free minds to think however we like. Life is like a test to see if you believe in him or not. He made the evidence go against him to see if you truly believe and have faith.

You say this like it is absolutely true. You don't say "I think". There is pretty much proof that Evolution happens. There is none what-so-ever of a higher being, besides stuff written in books. It could of been written by anyone. When you think of the bible for instance. It mentions Noah's Ark. I really don't see how people can believe that a man travelled the Earth, and captured 2 of every animal, male and female, and put them on a huge boat. It would be impossible to cover that much area in that ammount of time. It would be impossible for the man to guide lions and tigers and elephants and crocodiles and the like on the boat without getting eaten and killed. It is just a story. It is impossible to have happened. So, if that is a story, why believe the rest?

Evolution, since it is pretty much proven now-a-days. Chimpanzee's have actually been documented carving arrowheads and making spears to hunt animals in the past few months. Humans were not created by some mystical figure. Somehow, we just started to grow from elements and compounds, until we became like we are today.

The Government or Space Association would try to think or something to destroy it like the movie Armageddon. More then likely it wouldn't work and we would all die.

That is probably the best South Park episode. The whole episode is brilliant. But the best part is the end. "We're goin back to the pile everyone! Come on! We're goin back to the pile!" And when "the pile" was on the news.
