I love how the Xbox fanbois are calling this game a flop because gamespot gave it a 8.0. I would bet most of the people talking crap haven't touched this game!

As far as flops go, did you ever think what kind of marks the 360 would get on a review for total system performance? I would say it's no better than a 6.0! I am a converted 360 guy also. After I got the now legendary red ring of death, I ship that junk out and when I got my new 360, I immediately traded that thing in for a PS3! PS3 FTW!!!

Uh, exactly how is that when it's a MS game? Possibly the future Mass Effect titles (which if EA has any hand in then i'm definitely not looking at) but this one is published by Microsoft. Not only that, Bioware did state in a recent interview with Gamespot that they saw Microsoft as a longterm partner with Mass Effect. Hermits? Maybe...it's an exclusive to the 360but anything can happen. PS3? No...it's a desperate longshot that it would even be considered as a PS3 title. At least based on what Bioware has said.

Whatever ...I'll get it in a month, after it gets patched, I hope. And I 'll judge the game for myself.

93% on gamerankings, that alone let's me know that this game is going to be one of the year's best games.

The only people stupid enough to put any weight behind gamespot's scores (looks at you assassin's creed...) are fanboys looking to argue with poor logic.

Another AAA game to add to my list, don't know where i will find the time.

Gamespot didn't like the combat, seems like a fair reason to go the AA route, but I played it in vegas and I already know I agree with all the 9.5 ratings far more.

This game is going to make a lot of people REALLY freaking happy.

Thank you Bioware for being so talented and knowing what a true action RPG should be all about.

Thank you Bioware for a buggy, low IQ AI, weak squad combat RPG.

I'm pissed they messed up.

All the reviews say the same thing but still scored it high, I think GS is right in its score after all.

I hope Bioware fixes these problems.

My 360 went in for repair so hopefully Bioware primarily a PC dev will patch their buggy game.

Listen, I'm a lemming and I will accept all ownage toward Flop Effect, but no one can convince me that Uncharted didn't actually flop when every thread about the game was "AAA and teh game of teh year!" So with that in mind, how's your no AAA exclusives in an entire year blu-ray player?
