Halo 3 can and probably will get an 8.5 , but it will probably be the best 8.5 game in the history of games.

So yeah the fanboys will say flop and what not , but Halo 3 should be a game for the ages. Unless of course the single player sucks like Halo 2 single player did, then it mayscore an 8.0.

You can't shoot and spray and expect to get anywhere is you are playing on Herioc or Legendary.

Plus the 2 weapom dynamic makes for some interesting encounters.

Not too mention the "Warhawk" gameplay dynamic in the single player.
