When have we ever had a Zelda game with voice-acting? It just wouldn't feel right.

What is wrong with that? They want more sales and too appeal to a wider audience.

[QUOTE="xxThyLordxx"]screw MW2, MAG is where is at.xxThyLordxx

Why? Because it's exclusive?

because its Zipper. because we've had 11 CoD games in 6 yrs. because MAG is exclusive therefore has more production values and more funding. because MAG is at least trying to differentiate itself. MW2 is just a re skinned CoD4. it is the same game, same engine, same everything.

Infinity Ward is a much better developer than Zipper.

How do you know it will have more funding and production values? CoD is an Activision franchise and their crown jewel. I'm sure Infinity Ward will hit it out of the park this time around.

...So that means you must edit your first post. "Videogames are wants, not needs for most people." Or something like that :P

LOXO7

You would be addicted to something you already have, hence not needing a PS3 because you're addicted to your 360.

I'm not making much sense now am I?

You don't "need" too have anything. Videogames are wants, not needs.

LOXO7

Beat me to it.

Moms Against Videogames (MAV) beg to differ. They say videogames can be addicting. What say you to this?

Almost everything can be addicting. You can get addicted to smelling glue or wet paint.

If someone gets addicted to videogames, it's their own fault for not having any self control.

They would be better without this one IMO.

I mean, sure, it is another feature and it encourages exploration, but i feel it also takes away from the gratification in simply playing the game.

I see what you mean, though achievements and trophies are rewards in themself when you beat a really hard part or do something in a way that you wouldn't have tried before. They are an arbitrary number and aren't really worth anything but some achievements get you gamerpics and other stuff.

Honestly, I wouldn't care if they weren't there, but it's nice to have.
