I think thats the one that was just recently released.
How is it? Would it appeal to me as a JRPG fan, despite what some sites may have given it? (JRPGs tend toscore lower because they only appeal to people who enjoy the genre.)
No, bundling Spiderman 3 with it only makes me realize that I won't be able to watch The Kingdom, The Bourne Ultimatum (I think its exclusively HD-DVD) and other movies since being exclusive to HD-DVD.
I could always buy a standalone, but why do I want Spiderman 3? There should be an option where you could atleast pick your own movie since Sony knows they have no game worth bundling.
Looking into purchasing a "next-gen" console. I'm a big fan of trilogies and wanted to know if the PS3 was offering any, or what are some good exclusives.
Since the $400, 40GB PS3 has be unofficially confirmed, I could just ask for it as a birthday present since I was supposed to get one when it came out but my dad said it wasn't worth it because it had no games.
Hoping to get some good insight on this, thanks in advance.
I'm not getting one, because Sony took to long to appeal to me. As a one time Sony supporter, I don't care what games you have to offer me. I'm not spending $500 on any system unless it is a PC. Too many delays, so I just said forget it im not going to standby Sony anymore and picked up a Wii and an Xbox 360. I don't even plan on getting a PS3 because out of the two that I have now, PS3 really has nothing to offer me.
Get The Orange Box you get: Half Life 2: 10-12hours Half Life 2 Episode 1: 4-6hours Half Life Two Episode 2: 6-8hours Team Fortress 2: A class-based multiplayer game Portal: A puzzle/FPS game. That will hold you over till Nov. 20th. Oh, and Oblivion is AMAZING!StupidHenchman
While that does sound tempting, I don't want another FPS for awhile.
Dude, you speak my language. I have no idea why mouth breathing PS3 fanboys keep spouting this 10 year console BS. It's total crap. No one here will be playing the PS3 in 2017, or 2012 for that matter. Consoles come out every 5 years or so. What do people keep making this argument? Not to mention the fact that pretty much every PS2 game being released now is a 5/10 scoring pile of crap, with the occasional 6.5 or 7. Just look at the PS2 reviews for the last couple months.

I agreed with everything you've said besides what I underlined.
God of War II, GrimGrimoire, The Red Star, and Persona 3 say do some research.
I want a good game that will last me a pretty long time. I want Oblivion cause I have heard nothing but good things about it, however I heard it also is very long. I've been wanting a racing game for a pretty long time, racing sims get boring to me so I was thinking about getting PGR4 or wait for Need For Speed.
I just need something to hold me over until November 20th when Mass Effect is released. Should I get one of those or just get another game? I've never played aProject Gotham Racing game but I have heard its an arcade sim like NFS. Since im a big fan of NFS, would I enjoy PGR?
