As a PC gamer I have always had a hatred towards EA with the pieces of **** that they give us. But since picking up my 360 I have stopped hating them. My vote still goes to EA though for the years I spent disliking them.

I don't know. Most of the stuff you listed sounds more like a fanboy's dream than something feasible that Nintendo would do.

I particularly disagree with the speech thing. Most people may not realize this, but a big part of the charm of most Zelda characters comes from the fact that they are intentionally kept vague, so you can use your imagination for the rest. Just because you CAN have voice acting in games nowadays doesn't necessarily mean you should.

But gaming is all about imagination and fun. And those ideas you called a "fanboy's dream" are all concepts that have successfully been done before. I do agree that Nintendo would not do any of these things though because they would be innovation and that is something Nintendo seems to be against in its games.

[QUOTE="rockguy92"]Poll doesn't make sense.Cellpwn

why, are you stupid

Maybe because "Is causual gaming helping or harming the industry?" isn't a yes or no question :|

Thank-you. At least there are some others here at GS who have some intelligence.

The poll makes no sense. You ask is it "helping or harming" and the choices are "yes" and "no".

In the whole scheme of things $10,000 isn't really that much. That is actually quite low for a fundraiser and will actually help very little.

[QUOTE="kindredmachine"]

So I was playing MGS4 and finished act 1 and guess what... I was greeted with a "please wait" type screen while the game actually had to stop for several minutes and RE-INSTALL the next act of the game. I laughed from the irony since people were boasting about not having to swap disks because of Blu-ray. It would actually have been FASTER to get up and swap a disk then to sit there for 2-3 solid minutes while the game installs after every completed act... It's funny how PS3 fans don't mention this... still an incredible game though...

micky4889

The install between each 6-7 hour chapter is only 2-3 minutes

also with disk swapping what happens if you scratch disk 3 ? The whole game would be rendered useless

What if you scratch the one disc of MGS4? That is right the game is rendered useless.

You are lucky. The first thing that happens to me is that it stops reading disks. So I send it back to Nintendo and think no big deal, it must have been faulty it won't happen again. So, I get it back from Nintendo, plug it in and start playing Five minutes later I get that pixel **** on the screen and I had to send my Wii back again. I still haven't got it back yet.

The ending of Gears of War. That means I can't play anymore.
