don't get why people go mad for ENB. It just slaps vaseline over your screen and messes with your brightness and saturation levels, messes with bloom and kicks your FPS square in the balls. Depth of field is a nice idea but it just messes with everything. I tried the ENB mod in this video and everything ended up looking like a blurry mess. I couldn't see details on things anymore, especially in the distance.

Open cities is a good idea, but it will break a lot of game mechanics and will need pretty extensive tweaking of things before it will be bug-free.
