i can watch HD movies via Xbox live without a HD-DVD player if i want to. who needs a new format? its still on a damn disk. Disks are not the future. HD content over internet is. imo. we will see though.
back on topic, i really think the PS3 is a big mistake, and it cant function without a BR player since all games are on BR.

you are right. MS dislikes HD-DVD and other HD formats, they've(MS) always made it clear that they are aiming for online. the HD-DVD add on, was just because of PS3. I really do feel sorry for people wo bought it.

This site seem to favour Xbox 360, so I believe it will attain the score its been hyped to. looks like a great game though

Wrong, wrong, wrong. Part of what makes the PS3 a PS3 is the Blu-ray drive. With its capacity, it is and will be a huge attribute in gaming. Plus, all of the current games are made on blu-ray. How could you play them without the drive? Very moronic post.

Stick it on a DVD. So far no game hase used the sapce wisely o.O

Blue Dragon is on 3 DVDs and Mass Effect 'barely fits' fits.

A "Core" version of the PS3, without the BR drive, and sell it for 20-30% less. They could then also make a seperate BR drive add-on for it that you can buy seperately.

The funny thing I've noticed about the wii is that it seems like me and most of my friends enjoy A games on the wii more than many AAA games for other systems.
I can only imagine how much fun some "true" AAA games for the wii will be.
Don't get me wrong, I love my PS2 and 360 to death as well. I just think the wii brings a totally different type of fun to gaming. It just feels very refreshing to watch my friends, mostly non-gamers, play the hell out of wii bowling all night. The beer doesn't hurt though :)

why do people need other people's opinion? do your own research, what console has the games you want, its as simple as that. the people you are asking have already made their own decision, its time for you to do the same.

most people in this forum, make brave quotes, like they are too certain about what they said. what we have seen so far about too human, does not look good, I'm refering to the gameplay videos. the developer is just trying to hype people, which is by the way is working. just wait til you see the new gmaeplay videos, before you make such a bold claim. and I really hope this game turns out good, its my type of game, it will give a reason to buy an Xbox 360 other Ninja Gaiden 2.
