The little thing seems to be the only ting holding back the full power of the 360. Since devs are producing games with 64mb asa standard memory unit, games tend not to dump non essential data on to the drive to load quicker and produce better textures. This is the only advantage the PS3 has at the moment (though the cell seems to be limiting the textures in the game to increase the frame rate)
do you think that they should standardise the HDD at 20gb for dev? By the way, rumors are spreading that COD4 has upped the standard memory to 128mb or higher (seen on box art). Check www.xbox360fanboy.com for more details. Is a reliable source, part of joystiq.

dont get me wrong but i thought that MS were a bit short sighted in their presentation at E3 but you have to consider the impact that they are trying to achieve. With E3 being such a world wide watched event, promoting games coming out in the near future can't do them no harm. For the more specific xbox fans we have X07. X07 is made to promote long term plans and reveal some changes (ie dashboard). It seems that many reviewers forget that X07 is just around the corner (no specific date).
Maybe i sound a bit fanboyish but i think UT3 is exclusive to PS3 for 4 to 5 months just for the fact that xboxowners have GTA4, Bioshock, PGR4, Mass Effect and Halo3 to play in that same time span it comes out. (and epic were working on Geow for the PC). The PS3 can have that manygames to play at the same time?
And for the guy in the link that says H3 looks just like halo 2, pfft come on, what happened to non bias reporting. I mean nearly every other person who has wrote an article has stated it looks better thanbefore.
your thought please...
some of the stuff they showed was very pr based at E3. More game demos (on stage)at X07 are a must to bring the fans in.
What do you think? is there going to be more announcements at X07? IPTV? H3 demo?
why you may ask? well in OXM UK they are having a demo in the next issue (on the disk). Following many trends, it seems that the demo arrives on MP and then in OXM.
SO make your own judgements...
