Gears of war 2 is easily an inferior game, It had little to no improvements over the original while killzone... well it's self explanitory.

And try system wars instead;)

MY tv's highest setting on the box says 720p, but it still runs the ps3 or a 360 in 1080p. Somehow. It actually says whenever i turn it on or switch to the ps3:

"YPbPr2

1080p HD"

Go. right now to call of duty: waw. Look at the leaderboards under kills. Go to the top of the list, and bam. HOW DOES THE FIRST PLACE GUY HAVE A 1000 killstreak??! Not just him but alot of them have killstreaks in the hundreds and even thousands. How.

I got mine in January 08 so a year, and with all my movies, games, internet and games i'd say your 1575 is about right. Considering i have 95 movies and over 200 tv shows i have watched on my Portable HDD....

First, im not bragging, im just saying the sound should be more of a priority than a big tv imo ( he states he has a 42 HDTV, which is bigger than mine.)

And yeah, its worth it. Ive got a klipsch system, and one of their cheaper ones at that. Their premier model is near $100, 000 if im correct. I agree anywhere near that is ridiculous. And honestly, save a little while longer maybe buy a Reciever that goes on sale for say $150, Then wait till good quality but fairly cheap speakers go on sale too. The bottom line but still great quality Klipsch Quintet II 5.0 system (without subwoofer) is $200 at my local best buy right now. Buy a sub for another $150 bucks and you've got yourself something that will last a very long time, and will be great sounding.

Your going to spend $150 on a sound system......

Good lord don't bother. If your going to get a system don't be cheap, you get what you pay for.

For me, i spent $850 on my tv 2 years ago, and over time ive bought a sound system worth around $2000

Sound is what matters.
