Just wanna share my thoughts on the games:
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 + Vietnam
The single player is average, nothing special, can finish it in 5-6 hours. The multiplayer is the real core of the game, it's super addicting. My only complaint is it takes forever to level up and unlock new weapons and gears. If battlefield 3's 64 player online runs smooth and stable than it will be the best shooter on any platform.
Audiosurf
The fun factor of this game depends on how much you love your own music collection. Good time killer but gets old quickly.
Defense Grid
I am a bit disappointed by this game, it's a tower defense game that lacks freedom and creativity. The enemies swarm are exactly the same just more HP. The towers are boring and unbalance. The hidden Portal level is worth a play... Other than that, this game is boring and gets old quickly.
Doom 3
Google it to find out how to run the game in wide screen resolution, it's pretty fun actually. Not as scary as some people said. Just a quicker than normal pacing and lots of flash light / weapon switching. I actually wish the single story mode is shorter, it would be more fun and satisfying.
The Longest Journey + Dreamfall
The original TLJ was so good it changed my life. I still think it's one of the best game on planet earth. However dreamfall is not what I expected, just play "the longest journey" and you won't be disappointed.
Grand Theft Auto IV + Episodes
I can't get the FPS to stay above 30, and changing the settings doesn't seem to improve the performance at all. Running at 1680x1050 MAX or 800x600 LOW you still get the same crappy 20FPS. I just think the game is a poor console port and not optimized at all. I found it shocking that the 2 episodes runs so much smoother than the original. I guess they sucked up all the complaint and got to work. Ballad of gay Tony is really really enjoyable.
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
WOW! This game is fun! the "Diablo" viewpoint and gameplay ****feels so natural, the online co-op is a blast if you manage to find someone to play with that is....
Mount & blade: Warband
I regret buying this game... No offense but it's just not enjoyable. I rather play Total War: Shogun 2, I know it's different but it's more fun...
Prince of Persia [2009]
This is pretty good, you can't die in the game so basically you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. The visual is beautiful and control is so smooth. Good game!
The secret of monkey island pack
Good childhood memories, funny and enjoyable adventure game. Not as epic as The longest journey but still worth a play.
The sims 3
This is the first time I play a sim game, can't believe I missed it all these years. There's so much to do, just building and decorating my house took ages.
Singularity
One of the funnest shooter I played in a while, this is a good example of simple run and gun, I didn't care for the story, character, location, background. Just get used to the weapons and blast everything that moves. I think this game is underrated, more people should give it a try.
Toki Tori
Probably one of my favorite summer camp purchse, the puzzle looks simple and dumb at first but wait until you get to the later levels, some of the puzzles are down right mind blasting, you can't imagine a human being designed it. Very fun and addicting puzzle/platformer. I wanna see more games like this on PC.
Torchlight
Super addicting the first couple of days, after that you realize you are sad and alone, doesn't matter how powerful you are, how epic your gears are, no one will ever know, you are still by yourself in a lonely world where nobody gives a **** about you. Diablo III, where are you?
Trine
This is one of the best game I've ever played until the last level. All the fun and enjoyable was destroyed at the very last level. I am sure some of you know what I meant. The difficulty and frustrating scale when from 0.1% to 99% in just one frickin level. I think the developers did it on purpose just to mess with us.
Wings of prey
I am sure some people will enjoy this WW2 flight game. You can choose acrade ****with easy control or sim ****where you need a frickin license to play. However, I am a big fan of Namco's Ace Combat series, and that series are way more enjoyable.
Tropico
What can I say, steam won't like me play this game. No matter how many time I re-install it the game just won't launch.
And yes, I don't have a life. I am just a ***ing loser on a wheelchair who plays video games all day. Thank you very much.
