Would you like a Mac Pro comparison. haha very funny, you used a 150 dollar mouse and keyboard, there are FAR cheaper ones than that, a 95 dollar hideous case when most of us would go for something cheaper, a 200 dollar mobo when the mac one sucks, hardly a fair comparison and that mobo is unneccesary.. especially for 1156 socket, and you just decided to get a 2048x1152 monitor over a 1440 when they're the same price, since 3 points didn't seem like enough. my computer come out to a very similar price, guess what i got? haf 932 case, the asrock x58 deluxe motherboard, an i7-920, 6 gigs of ram, a 5970, an 850w power supply, and a blu-ray read write. oh, and a few terabytes of HDD

ya probly, but it's less than ps3 exclusive content combined (so meaning arcade games being played online, and games that aren't out yet, betas and demos online namely. if you factor in bc2 mag and modnation racers i suspect ps3 exclusives get 500,000
I may be a lemming, but PS3. top end PC gaming is nice, but upgrading a PC is simply more expensive then buying a console. If money is no object, id go for PC because you can get some amazing stuff there, but get a PS3 and its a much cheaper way to get access to tons of new games

he's buying a 5770 and a psu, that's 300 bucks tops. and i'd probably go upgrade cause dx11 is awesome (i have 5970) but if your friends have ps3 get it, it's online is awesome.

Are cows lazy or something? What's wrong with disc swapping? It takes only a fraction of a second and you normally don't have to do it often. What's this big deal with disc swapping these days... I have no idea where the stigma comes from considering we had to swap upwards of 4 discs on the PS1... etc..

do you really enjoy walking down a road, hitting the line, and having to get up from laying down on your couch, go over to your console, pop the old disc out pop the new disc out of it's case and into the console, put the old disc away lay back down and start playing again? when you don't have to? i sure as hell don't...
For the price of an apple computer I could build a much better PC.

I think its the oposite. BC2´s singleplayer will luckly look as good as Uncharted2 but technically its easly superior. I mean, open world with vehicles and 100% destructive environments? Man, thats something Uncharted2 can only dream!
yes, bad company 2 is most certainly a more technically impressive game, but graphics wise alone it is not. and i hadn't heard about open world before... that should be fun when i'm playing on 3 monitors.... *goes back to drooling at the shiny lights on his pc*
