@1963cougar: In the beginning the DZ was fun but now it is just over run with Rogues and players just taking your loot. The extraction point is spot on in that you do get over run very quickly however a way around it is to watch you map and look for an extraction going on and then high tail it over there to extract. The past few times that I have played I have made alot of new friends as I just jumped in and helped them out with what they were doing, be it extraction or taking on bosses in the DZ and got invited to their group. With that being said there are groups that will turn on you in second too. Once you get better weapons and gear, do the matchmaking to do DZ with as that is also a way to find new players to run it with.

Like yourself I too want see more single player story and to ventor outside Manhattan to other parts of NY, NJ, MD..come on that money got passed around all over not just Manhattan, NY. The replaying of the missions on the harder levels is also fun and very challenging to at times but beatable with the right gear and weapons. Destiny is predictable as to where the baddies are as it doesnt change, but with The Divsion the groups of thugs and bosses constantly changes and moves around which keeps its fresh.

@hillelslovak: The game is fun and also addicting. What I like about is the replay value. Once your get into the purples for weapons and gears the game gets even better. The missions are challenging but not overbearing and the graphics for the game itself are amazing Looking forward to more single player campaign missions. The 2 they just release Incursion and the Lost Falcon require you to be at a high gear and weapon level..So save up the money and sell your weapons to get alot of money for the high end weapons. If you have alot of money then breakdown the gear for parts so you can get blueprints for other weapons and gear.

The one thing that I dont really like is that they made the DZ to open. Instead of having section for cetain level players to enter they made it wide open from 0-199 so if you enter and dont have a group, you will get killed very easily as the rougue players are just taking the fun out of it. I also dont like that you lose money and xp if you die. That to me just is not fair with the way it is set up now.

@groowagon: I agree with you. Was so looking forward to the Doom Beta and then as soon as I played 1-2 rounds was disgusted by it. The weapons are so weak, the 1 hit kills are a joke, the graphics are ok but not blown away by them, the gameplay just felt awful. Yes this was a BETA and not finished but if this is an example of the finished product you just blew it for many gamers out there that feel similar to the way we do with how generic your MP was. I want to hope that the single player part of the game is great but am not rushing out the door to buy this game, rather going to wait and watch some of it on Twitch to make my own decision on it for the campaign only.

@cuhindy007: I agree with you on this. I was looking forward to much more single player content and exploration of other parts of NY rather that raids and more PvP crap. IMO the market is flooded with way too much PvP games but what I dont like with the Division Dark Zone is that unless you have friends that play you have really no chance of getting anything out of the dark zone alone. The extraction takes too long and as soon as you start it even though the map shows no one around you are swarmed by bad asses in a minute and have no chance to survive. The Division is similar to Destiny is that it is a grinder to get the better gear but more enjoyable than Destiny. I tried to play the destiny the other night and to be honest just could not get back into it after the Division.

The map does not clearly show routes that are blocked off. I remember trying to get back to the top of the map and running what appears like a direct route only to find out that 3/4 of the way up that the route is blocked off by a barricade. You also can not zoom in on the map to get a really close look at it which make this a frustrating game (IMO). I also find that there are not any clues on what the side quest are all about. I find that playing this game is quite boring, you have to use youtube or the strategy guide to find 90% of the stuff to do in this game. The High Dive quest was ridiculous in where they hid the platforms, you had no choice but to go to youtube and watch videos to see where they were. Have lost interest in finishing this game due to problems like this and you need to have proper equipment to clear a tomb, so you have to go forward to only come back to a camp some distance away from said tomb just to clear it. Absolutely hate games like this, that I need a side computer to play with.

@Bumblebee1138: In agreement with you on that next gen games have lost their luster/appeal. The games are plaques with bugs, fixes almost daily, drop in frame rates ( Need for Speed) as a console gamer. To have a massive sale on consoles without have no new games releasing during the holiday season is ridiculous. Just Cause 3 is a disgrace ( see customer reiveiws and bugs in game), Need for Speed--plagued by frame rate issues, boring as hell, repetitive as heck too, Rise of the Tomb Raider- beautiful game but not much else different in gameplay style from previous versions. Aside from these there is nothing coming till Mid-January ( i believe). Things with games have gotten bad that the consoles are now turning to backward compatibility to keep gamers interested.

@mastermetal777: This is very true. With Battlefront, it is just a fun game to put in and play without having to think to much about the objective. Just go out and shoot as many enemies as possible to help your team achieve victory. That is the fun thing about this style of game. Does it get boring, sure but then again quite a bit of games get boring after awhile that is why you have a library to change up the routine. Would this game be better with a storyline(campaign) added in, not sure at this point. i would much rather have the developer take their time and develop a deep rich storyline to play either as a dlc or separate game by itself with co-op as a possibility. Personally I enjoy the game for its fun factor and its just a way to let loose and relax, a chance to get lost in another world even if for only a hour.

Battlefield Hardline is anotther option that is a shooter game for him. You may also want to look the backward compatibility xbox 360 games that game also be played on the xbox one to further enhance you choices. Sniper III is also another game that you may wish to check out. Not to difficult to navigate and a really good game to play. The Call of Duty series is also very good and not hard to navigate. You can pick Advanced Warfare and Ghosts for like 19.99 at your local Gamestop for the xbox one.

@nirogol: I agree with you. Not everyone or every game needs to be or have MP in it. Brother in Arms was a very well written game with alot of actual true stories being told. They could do the same style of game the the engines of COD, Battlefield and make a truly immersing single player game covering real life battles that have happened over the past decade. Its not that i dont like the MP games, just feel like the single player side doesnt get paid enough attention nor extra DLC like the MP side does. If you can add maps and other weapons to MP you should be able to create or add more depth to the campaign side as well.

@rrjim1 I agree with you. Got alot of hours into this game and just about finished the entire area of gutgash stronghold and scrapping. My only minor complaint is that it get a little to repetitious after awhile. Once you beef you car up you can destroy the convoy with little problem. Great game to just kick back and have fun with, after all isnt that what games are for , fun.
