Im not trying to be an ass, but what is the point of dipping? I can understand smoking, because something is burning away before your very eyes, but chew tastes terrible, and you just spit it out. What's the point.hillelslovak

Nicotine does not have the ability to create intoxication or severely impair motor skills, therefore is not listed as an illegal drug. That was part of my modern american government textbook int he chapter about modern problems. Thats what the government has said in documents why they havent banned cigarettes.

Probably because it would seem to be entirly unfeasable and most people would simply find it ridiculous.

What about the millons of people addicted to them? are they just going to go cold turkey? Idk how one would solve that problem.
