yea i updated it, as for pics and msgs dont really use those applications...

in any case, i still have another 12 or more months to send my wii for a repair or new one (again lol) if it ever decides to go haywire on me. hehe

i hope it doesnt melt my games though like that guy posted earlier... thats just messed up

well,

i just put in gamecube game disc in, and it stopped doing that... weird though. if it does it again, ill phone nintendo. this is my second nintendo wii though ive gotten... i sent in my last one cuz it was scratching my disc.

So first off:

I put my video game inside my wii, it appears in that little channel and it looks like its ready to go.

When I decide to start the game, my nintendo wii makes these weird sounds like its trying to read it, but it doesnt even load up anything. All that appear on my television is a black screen.

Funny thing is, everytime i leave my cd in there, then unplug the console, then turn it on.. it loads the game...

Is that messed up or what?

So has anyone ever encountered this problem? This has happened to me twice.

hey all, i think my nintendo wii is going wonko on me. It is able to load nintendo gamecube disc like RE Zero and REmake. However, whenever i put in the resident evil 4 or wii sports disc (those are the only two wii games i have), it loads up onto that gameplay channel.... BUT...

heres the problem, everytime i hit start to play either of my two wii games, it will load, but then it shows those wii grey channel on the black screen... then it finally sends me to the main wii screen with all the channels...

I am thinking about sending it in to Nintendo for either a new one or a major repair because its been doing this for the past two days.

i had no idea where to post this cd topic so i chose this area. Anyways, is it normal to get like normal fadey like line marks around your cds when you play them whethers its on a console or pc? Because my wii sports disc has a few of them but they dont look like scratches just fadey like line marks around the cd. So is that common? like i only see them when i have a light above it.
