See on a console like the Xbox you can play split screen with 4 players, you can play on different TVs (system link), or over Xbox Live. The PS2 alone has only 9 less AAA than the PC, and most likly a wider variety in those AAA games.  For a fraction of the price.  Add in one other system, any one and it's worlds better than the PC... 3... all 4 consoles... PC can't compete.... and you're the one who said it could.... right up above, You stated PC has more AAAe and AAe than all consoles.... now you don't think it does?  Now you're backpedelling saying "you need all them to go against the PC".... yeah, that right there.... that is the definition of ownage, plain and simple ownage.

My next door neighbour used to play PC games because he has a top of the line PC. His mates and he always had lans and stuff like that. He used to pay out console just like you guys are doing now. Then i showed him Xbox Live, and now hes one of the best Halo 2 players going and says he could never go back to PC. Just an opinion but still...kornslipknot999

Why should I upgrade when I've played the genres on PC and don't like them?  Besides graphics does the gameplay of PC MMORPGs, Simulation, Strategy games change?  Should I upgrade because in the past 2 years there have been massive changes in PC gaming.

Comparing a thousand dollar machine, with no restrictions to developers making games for the PC to a single console... and still the PS2 has only 9 less AAAs than the PC this gen :lol:  oh and Quality >> Quanity :|  most of those PC games are just low 9.0 crap in the same 2 or 3 genres.
