I can't find a ditto ANYWHERE on Pokémon Pearl! I've looked EVERYWHERE on Route 218 (East Of Canalave City) and NOTHING!

I do have FireRed and Emerald and Sapphire but I haven't defeted the Elite Four on them yet. (Well I did then my stupid-ass brother started a new game on Emerald)

So pleeease help me :[ I soo want onee :[
