Yes! I've always been a huge fan of all the Saint's Row games and GTA IV but Sleeping Dogs is 10x more fun than all them games put together and that's saying alot cause I've always enjoyed those games. This game is just a blast to play and is the first time that I've actually enjoyed playing nearly all the side quests & activities (didn't care for the cockfighting).
