agreed, this is very touchy subject with hermits on SW, but the facts are the facts. Im sure pC gaming is big business, but consoles are bigger business. I dont even know if Madden 2010 came out on PC this year.

Why do the developers choose to show the 360 version of their new game, instead of their better looking version? If I was a dev, I'd show what looks the best.. Or is there direct feed from the PC version out that I don't know about?

because devs care more about consoles because more people buy games for consoles. SW wants to think the opposite is true, but it isnt.

i totally see this as the 360 also drops it price 2010. year of the 360, and yes our sales will show it too, gotta love being a LEM these days

well if memory serves NA is the # 1 market in the world, Japan 2nd. Consoles rule there. If people think PC gaming is doing better than consoles so be it, i just think thats wishful thinking

well guess what, Japan Sales with consoles smash PC gaming in Europe. It isnt even close, just face it, PC gaming is in last place!

well i dont really know about vietnam but those guys werent afraid of anything, they fought like hell for what thats why i pointed to that

I really dont get why the 360 still hasnt had a exclusive to surpass Gears Of War which was released back in 2006. Mass Effect 2 is the only game that comes somewhat close to pushing the envelope but its still not quite as impressive Gears is graphically. No matter which console you prefer, there is no denying that PS3 exclusives continue to raise the standard and push the graphics envelope for each new big release.

Uncharted was a graphical breakthrough and looked amazing, Uncharted 2 looked even better and more polished. Killzone 2 to this day still blows me away everytime i play it and is probably the best looking game on consoles to this day with the best lighting and physics in any console game to date, Gran Turismo 5 is another game pushing the graphical envelope and looks gorgeous and so realistic, MLB 10 the show looks the best its ever been and looks so good its scary.

And finally God Of War 3, after seeing that new footage that shows proof the PS3 is just much more powerful than anythong on the market today in terms of consoles. Lets just say if anyone was wondering which console they should buy you wouldnt have to say one word, just show them God Of War 3 and they would go for the PS3 instantly.

So the point is this.. Are MS and the devs just lazy and want to just make the most amount of money by doing the least amount of work? I mean MS Knows they can release another sequel to a Gears, Forza and Halo and use the same graphics engine aside from a little bit of polish and still make millions, so why strive for the best?

Now Halo reach i will admit looks good by 360's standards, but it still falls short graphically of KZ2 and GOW3 and even Uncharted 2 although i will admit it ALMOST comes close to uncharted 2. I mean Halo Reach looks good for 360 gamers, but if the game came out on PS3 and looked just like it would on the 360 it really wouldnt be anything that special.
