for me if its got orange box, call of duty, UTIII, Madden, and NBA 2K im set...

If I get a replacement 360 from sending in my broken one, the hard drive they send me will be a new one. Does that mean that my game saves are all gone? I know achievements a stuff are all linked to the gamertag so I'm not worried about that.
