So there I was.

Enjoying my blissful sleep miles away from any sort of consciousness for once, when I got rudely interrupted by our doorbell of doom. I proceeded to say with a somewhat loud voice, "What the ****". then rolled out of bed and stumbled up the hallway without knowing who I was to encounter when I had finally made the journey to the front of the house. As I fumble with the doorknob and lock, I make out a hazy figure wearing a brightly covered safety vest, and my mind began to wonder, "Is he here to fix the phone lines, or is he more dastardly?". After my struggle to open the door, I discover he's only a lonely courier, who has battled his way through the torrential rain supplied by the superstorm just off the coast, destined and determined to make his deliveries. As I look at the bag with the box inside, it hit me, that huge light bulb feeling you get when you know what to do, or what is happening. My brain exploded (metaphorically) in a sea of dance, no cares, no concerns, losing itself in an extravagant waltz. I soon regained my composure and had a delightful chat with the man about his travels through the tempestuous weather, and almost running into the damaged phone line hanging two meters above the ground (8 feet or so) outside our house. I signed for the package, sent him on his way with a cordial thank you, and bolted to the front of the house to open and set down my package, almost ripping and tearing to get to the contents. As I open the box, I slowly remove it's gem, a giant black one, spurting potential raw power and game-running ability, I was in heaven. And that's how I got my PS3 back.
