It's unknown, but also unlikely, unfortunately. You see, the previous DLC for Skyrim, Dawnguard, was never released to PS3. Although that doesn't mean this DLC won't be released either, it does give us a hint as to what to expect. Apparently, they have a lot of trouble working with the PS3 platform.
It really is a shame, but here's hoping they actually release both DLC's for PS3 any time in the future.
Yup, it's a classic alright. Also, it's very accessible. It may be very punishing for those who don't know what they're doing, but for those people, I reccomend playing offline practice mode first, or one of those Arms Race game modes, with the instant respawn.
It's not really hard to play, it's hard to be very good.
Besides, the fact that this game is a whole lot cheaper than other modern FPS titles should be something taken into account. I simply cannot believe the huge quality/price ratio on this thing. It's not worth $60 like some other games, but for around $15, it matches if not beats them in enjoyment and my wallet thanks me in the end.
Also, no premium account or membership bull exists. What you pay for is what you get. It'll get more content added to it on a regular basis (they already announced the inevitable zombie mod) and there's a very good chance that content is free, like usual (Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2 DLC's were entirely free, for example).
To sum it up, yes this is a very good game, completely worth the money. Whether you're a rookie starting up or long time pro, this game is classic fun, especially with friends.

@Alucard1475 You have a point. I'm highly anticipating this game and am really looking forward to it, but the hype around it has reached a dangerous level.
I guess some can say it's been quite a while since the last GTA and that it being a widely known video game virtually extends that period, even though other great games have larger production cycles. Also, the fact that little to no information was given between the time of the announcement and this week of screenshot reveal helps build hype.
