I recently bought a new PS3 slim 160gb + Gran Turismo 5 for 240 euros. I had to buy one now before they're replaced by the ugly overpriced new super slims. 229 euros for a 12gb with no games and an uglier cheaper made PS3... no thanks Sony

Other than this I think I bought:

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (PS3)

Dark Souls (PS3)

Shadows of the Damned (PS3)

And a few others I cant remember so probably above 350 euros I spent in gaming this year...

The 1st game to ever make me realize games can be more then "games" and rather an experience for life. SotC is the true definition of art in videogame form. Journey is pretty close also

People base their purchases over what system has that the other doesnt. MS has nothing much to lose now that we're this late in the gen and thats probably why they're releasing their exclusives on PC now

systems lose exclusives. this is nothing new. it did not start with the 360 and it did not start within the last year.

Correction: Systems lose 3rd party exclusives. When it comes to 1st and 2nd party is a whole another matter.

And if you want to discuss metacritic scores then how do you feel knowing no xbox360 exclusive ever surpassed the 94 (Gears of War) this gen while PS3 has Uncharted 2 (96) and LBP (95)?

Rayman Origins

Super Mario Galaxy was great but highly overrated. I never seemed to understand how it got 10/10 (same is applied to MGS4). Both are quite overrated games even though good. But there are better games out there and Rayman Origins was a better game for me then SMG. Most reviewers grew up with Nintendo so I believe they're kinda bias towards it

edit: I also dont consider R&C series to be platformers. They're more action then anything else. They're like 70% shooting 30% platforming. Hardly a platformer in my point of view

what exactly made you conclude the people praising this are the same that bashed mods? Judging a huge group by a couple few. The way of thinking of a lesser mind...

I'm not hyped as I rarelly get hyped with any game but I'm certainly curious about it. It looks fun and I came to realize people bashing it are just SSB butthurt fans or people jumping into the hate bandwaggon (especially lems).

I'll probably buy it later on if I find it cheap. Not my kind of game as I didnt liked SSB much but PSASBR rooster looks promising and more in to my tastes then SSB games. Other then snake I really didnt like any SSB characters. I just didnt grew up with Nintendo but rather playstation
