Well, if you've read any of the preview content thus far, you would know that some of the things you have already listed (i.e regenerating health) have already not been included in Wolfenstein.

It might not reinvent the wheel but, it will definitely get people talking about how great the campaign is.

Different strokes for different folks. Just because the game has multiplayer doesn't mean it adds to the longevity of it. Multiplayer grows stale... sometimes people don't want that. Sometimes they do. Sometimes....

It's all a matter of opinion, taste, background, race, religion, etc, etc ,etc ,etc ,etc ,etc ,etc ,etc.
