If someone told me back in 2006 that Sony would release at $599 with all the problems they had and still end up overtaking the 360 I would have said they were crazy. How did MS blow their lead this way? Personally I think it was after 2009 when they decided to lose focus on games and focus more on Kinect and services. If they still had their studios and a steady stream of exclusives, I don't think they would be in last place now. Sony practically handed them a victory and they still fumbled.
