Just completed the game and can confirm - It is incredible. If you've got no patience, then stick to COD or BF, but if you want to truly shit your excellent underpants, then look no further.

I loved the first one a lot. Shows there's more to the FPS genre than just unlimited ammo, health and blowing shit up on the back of a gung ho story about indestructable dickheads..
