i know how u feel, i still do after i quited for 4-5months now, i cant find any game that make your time pass fast like WoW, i didnt find any game that make u lose the feeling of time" thats how i describe a good game".

to remove this feeling try to play any other game, and try new things but if u really want something to keep it away from your mind geta GF they are the best at these things.

i still want to play WoW. but am still holding my self this is my 3rd try to stop it..and am doing good so far

Well i already have a GF...but i mean not to brag or try to seem cool , but im not really into the love aspect , i just wanna "use em" since at my age , there really isnt "true love" ( 17years old )

i mean i still go to partys and etc. its not like im home all day , but the problem comes when i am home , i have nothing to do at all. i play ball , but thats like a hour a day and i dont have a job at this age

Well problem is my PC is crap...

1gig ram , 2x 2.8ghz but 128mb crap gfx card... so what i was hoping for is a free online game. ( already have cs , gunz and AA )

casue im saving the rest of my money for the games that are coming out in fail ( on the 360 )

Ergh its true...when i use to not play WoW i was much much more social

but i hate to admit it , and this is yet another reason why i quit WoW but at times i put WoW infront of my friends

as in at times when they called me asking lets go out ive replyed saying i cant casue i had a raid that day

So just recently quit WoW , Had a full epic 70 warrior , raided ALOT , ( guild was downing bosses in scc/eye )

But i decided to quit , reason why is i coudnt keep playing a game that req. me to play 5-6hrs a day so i can progress. Even tough i was having a lot of fun it just was about time...

And quiting WoW is no easy task , so i tryed selling my account , which got me baned but whatever.

Since im having a lot of trouble quiting , all that is in my mind is WoW.

Can anyone suggest me things to do to get my mind off it? things to do in the gaming aspect. I already go out every other day , but that still isnt cuting it. what i need is another game.

So this is mainly for the people who also have quited WoW , what did you do to make it easyer?

i know this sounds like im some 12year old kid crying about it , but the fact is that this game is a very addictive game and its real hard to quit it , so im asking for help =/

Bitter are we? Just kidding. It's not that I don't think the game is good or will be good or rather don't want it to be. Neither do I want to be "the cool guy" on the interwebs going against something that is "popular". I just think there is alot of hype over a game that has yet to be played. Tell you what, I'll stop "hating" the game if you kindly stop posting countless threads on things like "New Halo 3 vids/pics OMG !!!11!!" or "Halo 3 bestest game eva in teh worldz?" until the game is actually released. I agree with you to in some ways. but being a fanboy of a game isnt something wrong. making countless post hating on a game is.

@Tom_brandy860 It might suck for you , thats ok. but if youve been reading news on halo 3, you would know that halo 3 is ganna be much more different then halo 2.

Lets start off by saying I'm not a hater or a real lover of Halo 3 ... I'm going to get it to .....well....finish the fight! Yes I'm sick of the hate threads ... why because the game isn't even released yet and people are already (using some kind of Jedi mind trick) able to tell that it's going to be bad!!! - if they could also tell me next weeks lottery numbers as well using this telepathy then please feel free! But on the flip side I am getting sick of the hype surrounding this game, which I suspect is a primary reason for all the haters!! Yes it's a highly anticpated game but let it be released and stop all the threads, be them love or hate filled it's starting to take the mic a bit now! The same was for gears ... and then when it was released all the baords here will filled with GeOW this and that .... so lets just all be quiet and let the game be released and just leave off any threads .... Thats true , this game has a lot of hype , but hype should only turn into hate when that "hype" turns into a crap game , not before the game is out

I'm in no way a halo fanboy , i much rather play mass effect , but i think its really getting pathetic with all the hate post.
