Haven't touched part 2 in about 10 years, so I barely recall any plot. Hope part 3 comes with a similar DVD movie to part 2's Xbox edition lol.

I dunno how to thesis statement this thread so I'll get right to the point.

I met Akira Yamaoka a couple years ago (great guy, made a total ass of myself thinking he doesn't speak English lol) and he signed my Silent Hill 2 PS2 disc. I have the black label box and manual with it in very good condition and I believe it'll be valuable over time. Part of me wants to always keep it and part of me can't wait for it to skyrocket in value so that I sell it off. Do you face similar dilllemas as a collector? Do you think I have a valuable piece of video game history in my possession?

My thoughts exactly. Retro gaming enthusiasm can only go so far with me.

The one where he artistically mated with Bass (aka Forte) and birthed classic Zero.

Play the original then YouTube the anime cutscenes. Honestly, the PSX loading times were a pain even back when the port was brand-new. Doesn't add much if anything.

Assuming you're serious. Sounds like the kinda relationship where you can't live without her yet go through hell with her. For the latter part of the relationship, I'd say...

Serously, dude, pray.  I am not saying agree with all the crap you are feeling.  Talk to God in the way you feel necessary.

Didn't like how it was based entirely around one prolonged incident. Other than that it's a great action flick. Don't see the point of a sequel though. Given how the whole thing felt like just an excuse to blow stuff up.

Reminds me of when people ask me "Since you are an atheist, you want to see religion destroyed?"

I say no, because it's doing a fine job of killing itself off.  It will go away like the dinosaurs will, at least the crazy fundies will.  Look at the suport for hard right conservatism and church attendance, it's dropping fast.  The fastest growing "religion" in the US and much of the modern world is "no religion at all," doubling in the past 10 or so years.  The information age is doing it's job :P

These posts are the kind that make me giggle about Atheism. I'll have you know that one of the signs of judgement day is what's going on with these religion prejudices these days. Regardless, for once I took my hats off to  a 9GAG religious statement with the quote "Athiest til the plane starts crashing down".

Good luck making peace with yourself whenever your time comes. I know you'll think me being sarcastic, but I do hope you live long and do good in this world.

I'm so happy that American tax money subsidizes and maintains the power structures there.Rhazakna

Which has nothing to do with the corrupted case of a mentally disturbed man.
