This photograph is from a somewhat recent photo. Look at Joe Staten's shirt (left). Upon inspection, you can see it's a bungie logo shirt. This is how bungie announces their new games typically- they where their a shirt of their game that is always something that you'll understand after you know the game well, but never if you don't and not even necessarily if you know what the game is. http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2010/03/staten-muzyka.jpg But anyway, it definately means new game. Also, it correlates to this logo found on Kotaku. They call it Bungie Aerospace. http://kotaku.com/5493981/what-are-the-halo-creators-making-with-bungie-aerospace Staten is dressed similarly to an airline attendant and I don't believe his main project is Reach but rather working on the newer game that Jason Jones has been working on for a couple of years. But no, we don't really know what this is. However, it does mean it'll most likely be announced at E3.
