@bmart970 @wondernova Sorry but that's crap. drunk driving laws have done a lot to stop drunk driving, I don't see why this is any different. Just make people take responsibility for their weapons, don;t hand them out like candy like we do now.
@Drebo @5SI-GonePostal @bmart970 This logic is so flawed. If "bad people are gonna do bad things no matter what" Then why bother passing any laws at all about anything? The sheer amount of guns in this country is entirely relevant, and also this entitlement without responsibility people think they have. It takes more effort to get a license to drive a car then it does to get a weapon made with the purpose of KILLING HUMAN BEINGS. How fucking dumb is that?
I don't see this is a bad thing, the task force is just trying to be thorough, and there are still A LOT of dingbats out there who blame video games for this stuff. Best case scenario, they get some good info from these game companies and come to the logical conclusion that games have literally no part in this. Worst case scenario, they somehow come to the conclusion that violent games are bad, but I honestly can't see that happening.
