Also in a way it is COD. Although the game does not share the Call of Duty series title, Modern Warfare 2 is the sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and will continue along the same storyline.
Well from footage you can see quite a few new levels and new vehicles and perks and I presume new weapons too so I doubt it will be a letdown and Infinity Ward are much better than Treyarch so MW2 should be better than COD5 (I know MW2 is not COD)
Just tell them it will help you understand the concept of war and deter you from joining the army as you will realise how easy it is to die and in reral life there is no health restore.
