Just to give my opinion on the topic, I can't really tell a huge amount of difference between 30 FPS and 60 FPS. I've played Assassin's Creed III on my PC and when it dips to 15-18 FPS I can really tell the difference and the game becomes a lot less enjoyable. My optimal range seems to be 25-35 FPS, when I play Skyrim and get those numbers it feels fine.

It depends a lot on player preference, I think console gamers are more likely to be used to a lower frame rate. I would expect XOne and PS4 to aim for 60, or at least get something like 40/50

I have to admit that I didn't complete Assassin's Creed III for the longest time.
Haytham was fun to use but I got frustrated that you don't get to use Connor or get to use assassin recruits until about 65% of the way in. Having said that I recently went back and finished it. I feel much better for doing so and I actually feel I undervalued it before. ACIII is one of the best in the series I think.

@AyatollaofRnR @Thanatos2k It's just as capable as the 360 and yet developers constantly screw up the releases. Crappy developers in my opinion.

@Devil_wings00 They do have websites that calculate these things but they do need more work to check records
