@alin8921 So you're saying that something that costs 1000+ dollars and draws way more power is faster than something that costs 400 dollars. Wow who would have thought that? PS4 is good value. It makes gaming available to more people, in a standardized package giving everyone the same experience. And yes in time pc will be better value as components get cheaper but then we're a couple years in the cycle. This pc vs console argument is getting old, they both have their place. Just buy whatever you want...
@BamaGoatt @Alex__V Watchdogs is multiplat for x360/ps3. I'm talking ps4/next xbox here. They are both x86 jaguar based. Wii U has powerpc cores like the xbox 360. Simply put the next cod, gta, elder scrolls are probably not gonna see the wii U.
Consoles are not always outdated when they hit shelves... Not this much anyway. PS3/x360 had a great gpu/processor at the time they came out. That's not the case this time around for ps4, now it's just "ok" compared to pc but still way better and recent than a 3 year old gpu that's in the wii u that also has to render the extra controller display...
Wii U is getting a decent demonstration at E3 2012 with a releasedate in fall 2012, Playstation is going to present awesome titles for vita and release a few new ps3 titles. Now the big question is what will MS do? They might just do another boring show like this year OR they might hint at a new console OR present a new console. So there's that.
