A few retailers are going to be missing out on the hype that the game has already created, plus, with previous releases people haven't bought, they will want those *taking into consideration that Wal-Mart, Target, BestBuy pulled the previous PS2/PC/Xbox releases as well* the lost profits will make them mad, no doubt.

But Rockstar threatening to sue GameShark and ActionReplay? That blows my mind, why would they want to sue them, for "making a cheat device to access the mini-game that wasn't intended to be accessible to the public". Even though cheat companies have existed since the days of the NES (Gamegenie).

If this would have happened in December or January, it would've had more effect, but now, its just a waste.
