ha, nimroc you basically took what you said striaght from FFVIII,

but i would have to say the most evil would be................. that pimp guy from FFVII i think his name was don corneo or something like that, he made me work my butt off trying to get cloud to be the perfect girl, then having to see him dress that way! that was pure evil, he also was a disgusting pig.

final fantasy VII had the most complex story, and got me kinda confused after a while, but then i figured it out after replaying it.  VIII in my opinion had the best story and character developement.  it was an interesting story with an evil that you knew what they were trying to do and the destruction they could cause on the earth, yea sephiroth was basically gonna use the lifestream to becom all powerful but it wasn't like he was messing with time itself

VIII for me, has the best story, characters, and villian.

final fantasy VIII is my favorite,  Final fantasy VII was a let down for me, i don't know why either, i played VIII, loved it!, and then went into VII because everyone had such good things to say about it, i guess i went in with to high of expectations and thought it was going to blow me away.

and did it also ever occur to you guys that in final fantasy VII the ending wasn't complete, you didn't know what happened and it left you hanging, usually thats the reason sequels are made.  in VIII the ending wrapped everything up and in VII it didn't
